1. Tracker App Overview

Tracker App

The Rectrix Link Tracker app is a real-time monitoring tool for supervisors, operations managers, and any stakeholder who needs to watch live job progress — without being in the Driver or Contractor app.

The Tracker is a monitoring window: jobs are created in the Travel Agent Portal and run from the Contractor App and Driver app. The Tracker user watches what is happening — where the active driver is, whether guests have been picked up, and which transfers are complete.

Who uses this app?

The Tracker app is for operations supervisors, managers, or any stakeholder who needs to monitor live job progress. Typical users are back-office operations staff at a travel agency or transport contractor who want a live view of the driver currently on the road.

The Tracker never dispatches work or edits a job — it only reads and displays what other apps create and run.

Getting started checklist

  1. Download the Tracker app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Register an account — see Creating Your Account.
  3. Wait for a Rectrix Link administrator to activate your account (see FAQ if you see an Account Inactive screen).
  4. Log in and open the Home tab to see the live map.

The app uses a bottom navigation bar with three tabs:

TabWhat you'll find
HomeLive map of the active driver, a driver info panel, and today's / upcoming jobs
CalendarJobs organised by date, with attendance status on each schedule row
ProfileAccount, Security & Privacy, Theme, Font Size, FAQ, Debug logs, and Log out

Chat and Notifications are not tabs — they open from two icons in the Home screen's top bar: the chat icon and the bell icon.
