1. Guest App Overview
The Rectrix Link Guest app is for travellers. It gives you a live view of your travel arrangements — where your driver is, what your day looks like, and a direct line to your travel team.
2. Home Dashboard
The Home screen is the first thing you see when you open the Guest app. It's your "what's happening now" view — your upcoming trips, where your driver is, your flight status, and your check-in QR code.
3. Calendar & Itinerary
The Calendar screen shows your travel schedule day by day. Everything your travel agent has booked — transfers, locations, and flights — appears here, one day at a time.
4. My Holidays
The Holidays tab lists all of your holidays in one place, so you can browse past, current, and upcoming trips without scrolling through the day-by-day Calendar.
5. Job Details
The Job Detail screen gives you the full picture of a single holiday — who your travel agent is, where you're staying and going, your tickets, your itinerary PDF, your check-in QR code, and a place to rate your experience.
6. Recommendations
The Recommend tab shows a curated list of services and companies your travel agent has made available for your trip. The screen is headed "Recommendations" with the subtitle "Browse recommended services and companies."
7. Chat
The Chat feature lets you message your driver, tour guide, or travel agent inside the app. You don't have to share your phone number to send a message — though you can reach people by phone from within the app when a contact number is available (see Contacting by phone).
8. Profile & Settings
The Profile tab is where you manage your account and customise how the app looks and behaves. At the top you'll see your photo, name, and role.
9. Notifications
Rectrix Link keeps you informed about your booking through notifications you can read inside the app. You can read all your notifications in one place, tap through to the related screen, and clear the ones you no longer need.
