1. Contractor App Overview
The Rectrix Link Contractor app is for transport companies that supply drivers to travel agents. As a contractor, you receive job offers from agents, dispatch drivers from your own fleet, agree rates with agents and your drivers, and settle billing — all within the app.

Job offers are transfer requests sent to your company by travel agents. You review each offer and either Accept it (and assign one of your own drivers) or Reject it. The app separates the two directions of work into two tabs:

Your fleet drivers are the people you dispatch accepted jobs to. This page covers adding a driver, assigning a driver to a job, and managing an existing driver.

The Contractor app keeps two separate rate screens — there is no single "Rates" screen with tabs. Open them from the Profile tab:

Billing in the Contractor app is settled per provider and per driver — there is no single "Billing" screen where you pick a date range and generate a report. Instead, the Profile tab has two billing entries:
7. Priority Listings
A priority listing is a job you publish to your internal priority pool. Your fleet drivers can pick up priority jobs, and the pricing is handled through Priority Billings rather than a pre-agreed rate.
8. Calendar
The Calendar tab opens the Schedule — a day-by-day view of every job your company has. Use it to plan ahead, act on several transfers at once, and export a trip log.
9. Chat & Notifications
This page covers two communication features of the Contractor app: Chat for sending and receiving messages, and Notifications for staying informed about job and offer updates.
10. Account & Settings
App Settings let you update your account and company details, adjust the app's appearance, manage your subscription, and log out. Open them from the Profile tab → App Settings.
