Who uses this app?

A Driver is assigned jobs by their Contractor (employer). Your contractor accepts job offers from travel agents and then assigns you to execute each transfer.

Getting started checklist

Before your first job, complete these steps:

  1. Download the Driver app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Register an account — see Creating Your Account.
  3. When prompted, grant location permission — choose Always Allow so your position is shared with guests even when the app is in the background.
  4. The first time you open the app, a short coach-mark walkthrough highlights the main areas of the Home screen. Follow it through — it only appears once.
warning

Do NOT skip the location permission step. If your location is not sharing, guests cannot see you on their map and your contractor cannot monitor your fleet.

The app uses a bottom navigation bar with five tabs:

TabWhat you'll find
HomeToday's jobs and your pending job offers
CalendarYour schedule, one day at a time
OffersJob offers your contractor has sent you (Pending / Accepted / Rejected)
PriorityPriority jobs you can take, and priority listings you create
ProfileBillings, subscription, fleet, rates, and app settings

A number badge appears on the Offers tab when you have pending offers, and on the Profile tab when you have pending rate offers or unpaid priority billings.

note

You can also open the same destinations from the side drawer and jump straight to Notifications or App Settings from there.
