8. Calendar
The Calendar shows your assigned jobs one day at a time. Use it to check your schedule at a glance and to manage transfers in bulk.
Check tomorrow's schedule the night before your shift so you know your first pick-up time, the guest's name, and the locations involved.
Opening the Calendar
- Tap the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- The Calendar opens on today's date.
Navigating dates
The top of the screen is a week strip showing the days of the current week.
- Tap a day in the strip to view that day's jobs.
- Swipe left or right anywhere on the schedule to move to the next or previous day.
- Tap the Today pill (top-left) to jump back to today.
- Tap the calendar icon (top-right) to open a date picker and jump to any date.
Sorting the day's jobs
- Tap the filter icon in the schedule header to reveal the Sort By chips.
- Choose:
- Time — order jobs by pick-up time.
- Uncompleted Jobs — bring jobs that still need doing to the top.
Reading the daily job list
For the selected day, the Calendar lists your jobs grouped by location. Each group shows the pick-up time, the guests and pax count, and the pick-up and drop-off locations. Each guest row carries a status icon reflecting whether attendance has been taken, the job is in progress, completed, or a no-show was reported.
Opening a job from the Calendar
Tap a job group to open its detail. From a today's job card you can tap Start Job to begin the Pick-Up Workflow.
Downloading a trip log
Tap the download icon (top-right) to open the Download Trip Log panel, choose a Start Date and End Date, and tap Download Trip Log to export your trips for that range.
Managing transfers in bulk
Long-press a transfer to enter selection mode. A footer appears showing how many transfers are selected and offers up to three actions:
- Send — hand the selected transfers to another fleet driver (fleet accounts only).
- Delete — cancel the selected transfers (not reversible).
- Priority — send the selected transfers to the priority pool, where you set a price and a job ping.
Each of these confirms before making an irreversible change. Tap the X to leave selection mode.
