1. Contractor App Overview
The Rectrix Link Contractor app is for transport companies that supply drivers to travel agents. As a contractor, you receive job offers from agents, dispatch drivers from your own fleet, agree rates with agents and your drivers, and settle billing — all within the app.

A Contractor is typically a transport or logistics company. One or more staff members operate the Contractor app to manage the business side, while the individual drivers in your fleet use the separate Driver App, and tour guides use the Tour Guide App.

What you can do
- View incoming job offers from travel agents and accept or reject them
- Assign jobs to your own fleet drivers — the Outbound side of the app is about dispatching work to your drivers, not sub-contracting to other companies
- Track your drivers' live locations on the Home map with location-freshness indicators
- Review the rates agents offer you and agree rates with your own fleet drivers
- Settle billing — request payment from providers and pay your drivers
- Manage priority listings — publish jobs to your internal priority pool
- Use Chat — message agents and drivers directly in the app
Navigation
The Contractor app uses a bottom navigation bar with five tabs:
