1. Guest App Overview
The Rectrix Link Guest app is for travellers. It gives you a live view of your travel arrangements — where your driver is, what your day looks like, and a direct line to your travel team.
Your travel agent creates and manages your itinerary. You can't edit the itinerary itself — if a stay, transfer, or flight needs to change, contact your travel agent. But the app is far from view-only: you can rate and review your trip, chat with your team, download your itinerary, manage your account, and more (see below).

What you can do
Even though your travel agent owns the itinerary, in the Guest app you can:
- See your upcoming trips with live timing (NOW / IN X MIN / TOMORROW)
- Track your driver on the map once the trip window opens (30 minutes before pickup)
- Follow your flight with a live-status card
- View your full itinerary — transfers, stays, and flights — day by day
- Show your check-in QR code so your driver or guide can mark your attendance
- Download your itinerary PDF and a trip log
- Rate and review your agent, drivers, guides, overall trip, and each location (with photos)
- Chat with your driver, guide, or travel agent — including voice notes — and start new conversations
- Cancel a job booking where the booking is still eligible to be cancelled
- Browse recommendations curated by your travel agent
- Manage your notifications — including deleting them (with an undo option)
- Manage your account — username, contact number, password, profile photo, theme, font size, and security
Navigation
The app uses a bottom navigation bar with five tabs (icons only — labels are hidden):
