7. Priority Listings
A priority listing is a job you publish to your internal priority pool. Your fleet drivers can pick up priority jobs, and the pricing is handled through Priority Billings rather than a pre-agreed rate.
Priority listings stay within your own fleet — they are not offered out to other contractor companies.
Viewing your priority listings
Tap the Outbound tab, then the Priority tab. Jobs you have published appear here as cards.
When you have none, the tab shows:
You Have Not Created Any Priority Jobs Yet — You can create a new job or transfer your existing jobs to the priority pool.
Creating a priority listing
There are two ways to create one.
From the Outbound tab
- Go to Outbound → Priority.
- Tap Add Listing (blue button, bottom-right). This opens the "Add Priority Job" screen.
- Fill in the details:
- Guest Details — search for an existing guest, or fill in First / Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number to create one.
- Guest Types — the pax counts.
- Date — the job date.
- Price for all transfers — the priority price. The minimum is $30 ("Min. price is $30").
- Vehicle Type.
- Transfer Details — pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Save the listing.
From the Calendar
You can also convert existing jobs. In the Calendar, long-press to enter multi-select mode, tick the transfers, and tap Send To Priority. The price field defaults to $30.00 (the minimum).
Adding an itinerary
A priority listing can carry an itinerary for multi-stop trips.
- From the listing's Transfer Details, add an itinerary. The "Add Itinerary" screen opens (it becomes "Edit Itinerary" when editing an existing one).
- Fill in the itinerary details and save.
You can delete an itinerary from the same screen ("Delete Itinerary").
After a driver takes a priority job
Once one of your fleet drivers picks up the job and completes it, settle it through Profile → Priority Billings — the driver quotes their price and you tap Pay Now. See Billing.
