4. Fleet Management

Your fleet drivers are the people you dispatch accepted jobs to. This page covers adding a driver, assigning a driver to a job, and managing an existing driver.

note

There is no "Fleet" list on the Profile tab. Drivers are added and priced through Outbound Rates, and their live locations are shown on the Home → Overview map.

Adding a driver

Drivers are added from the rates screen, because adding a driver and agreeing their rate is one flow.

  1. Go to Profile → Outbound Rates.
  2. Tap Add Driver (blue button, bottom-right).
  3. Choose Fleet (create a new driver account) or Adhoc (link an existing driver).
  4. For a Fleet driver, fill in the profile image (optional), First / Last Name, Username (checked for availability), Email Address, and Mobile Number (with country code).
  5. Tap Next and set the driver's Private and SIC rates.

A password will be generated and emailed to the driver automatically once this account is created.

Full field details are in Rates.

Assigning a driver to a job

Once a job is accepted, assign one of your drivers to it. The Assign Driver button appears on the job card (on the Home Today's Job list and on job detail screens).

  1. On the job card, tap Assign Driver.
  2. If the job contains more than one transfer, an "Assign Transfers" panel opens first so you can choose which legs to assign. Tick the transfers, then tap Proceed to Assign Driver.
  3. A fleet driver search panel opens. Search for the driver by name and tap them to assign.

The driver sees the job in their Driver app immediately.

note

The app checks for conflicts before assigning — for example a transfer already sent to another driver, or a private transfer that overlaps another job the chosen driver already holds.

You can also assign drivers in bulk from the Calendar using multi-select — see Calendar.

Managing an existing driver

Open a driver to reach the Manage Driver screen. It includes:

  • Last Known Location — the driver's most recent reported position.
  • Account — the driver's details, with Edit to update them.
  • Reset Password — "Email a reset link; logs out all devices".
  • Active Sessions — the driver's signed-in devices, with Log out all.

Monitoring driver locations

All drivers reporting a location appear on the Home → Overview map with freshness dots (green ≤30 min, orange ≤4 h, grey older) and in the Active Drivers list — see Home & Live Locations.
