3. Job Offers
Job offers are transfer requests sent to your company by travel agents. You review each offer and either Accept it (and assign one of your own drivers) or Reject it. The app separates the two directions of work into two tabs:
- Inbound — offers travel agents have sent to you.
- Outbound — jobs you have assigned out to your own fleet drivers, plus your internal priority pool.
"Outbound" here means dispatching jobs to your own fleet drivers. The Contractor app does not support sub-contracting a job to another contractor company.
Inbound Job Offers
Opening the Inbound screen
Tap the Inbound tab in the bottom navigation bar. The screen is titled "Inbound Jobs" ("All your job offers from travel agents") and has three tabs, each with a live count:
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Pending | Offers you have not yet responded to |
| Accepted | Offers you have agreed to take on |
| Rejected | Offers you rejected, plus any cancelled by the agent |
Filtering by date
- Tap the date badge (blue pill) at the top — it reads "Today" by default.
- To view another date, tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner and pick a date.
- When a date other than today is selected, a filter icon appears inside the badge to show the list is filtered. Tap the badge to jump back to today and clear the filter.
Reading an offer card
Each offer card shows the pick-up time, the guest name and pax breakdown (Adults · Children · Infants), the pick-up and drop-off locations, and any remarks from the travel agent.
Accepting a job offer
- Tap the offer card to open the Job Offer Detail screen.
- Review the pick-up time, locations, pax count, and remarks.
- Tap Accept.
Before accepting, you can tap Check Availability on the offer to see which of your drivers are free for that time slot.
After accepting, assign one of your drivers — see Fleet Management.
Rejecting a job offer
-
Tap the offer card (or use the inline action on the card).
-
Tap Reject.
-
A "Reject Job Request" dialog appears:
After rejecting this request, you will need to request from the user to take this job.
-
Confirm to reject. The offer moves to the Rejected tab.
If you reject an offer and later want it back, the travel agent must send it to you again — you cannot un-reject it from the app.
Outbound Jobs
The Outbound tab is titled "Outbound Jobs" ("Jobs you have assigned to drivers"). It tracks the work you have dispatched to your own fleet and gives you access to your priority pool. Like the Inbound screen it has a date badge and calendar filter, and four tabs each showing a live count:
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Pending | Jobs you have assigned that are awaiting the driver's acceptance |
| Active | Jobs your driver has accepted |
| Priority | Jobs you have published to your internal priority pool |
| Cancelled | Cancelled or rejected outbound jobs |
Creating a priority listing
On the Priority tab, tap Add Listing (the blue button, bottom-right) to publish a job to your priority pool. See Priority Listings for the full flow.
When you have no priority jobs yet, the tab shows:
You Have Not Created Any Priority Jobs Yet — You can create a new job or transfer your existing jobs to the priority pool.
There is no "add offer to another company", no target-contractor picker, and no "Send to contractor" action anywhere in the app. Outbound work stays within your own fleet.
