5. Destination & Drop-Off
The Destination screen is the second half of a transfer. You have your guests in the vehicle and are heading to the drop-off point. This screen guides you through completing the journey.
Opening the Destination screen
The Destination screen opens automatically after you tap Proceed To Destination on the Pick-Up screen.
Reading the Destination screen
At the top you will see:
- The scheduled pick-up time, used as a reference for the journey
- A status icon next to the time
Below that is a list of drop-off locations, grouped by destination. Each group shows the address and the guests being dropped off there.
Navigating to the destination
- Tap the drop-off address on the Destination screen.
- Your default map app opens with the destination pre-filled. If no default is set, a chooser of your installed map apps appears — pick one, and you can save it as your default.
Tap the address as soon as you depart the pick-up location so navigation is ready before you reach any junctions.
Completing the drop-off
Once you have arrived and the guests have exited the vehicle:
- On the Destination screen, tap Completed Job.
- The transfer is marked complete immediately — there is no confirmation dialog.
The travel agent and the guest both see the completed status in their apps.
Make sure every drop-off group has been handled before you tap Completed Job — the completed status cannot be reversed from within the app.
Multiple drop-off locations
If your transfer has more than one drop-off (some guests exit at an earlier stop), the guests are shown in separate groups on the Destination screen. Work through each group in turn as you reach each stop, then tap Completed Job once the whole transfer is finished.
What happens after completion
- The travel agent receives a notification that the transfer is complete.
- The guest's app shows the job status as Completed.
- The completed job becomes billable — see Billing.
