3. Job Offers
Job Offers are transfer assignments that your contractor sends to you. You review the details and either accept or reject each offer.
Opening Job Offers
- Tap the Offers tab in the bottom navigation bar. A badge on the tab shows how many offers are still pending.
The screen is split into three tabs, each showing a live count:
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Pending (N) | Offers you have not yet responded to |
| Accepted (N) | Offers you have accepted |
| Rejected (N) | Offers you rejected, or that were cancelled |
When a tab is empty it shows a short message, for example "No Pending Job Offers".
You can also respond to pending offers directly from the Home screen — see Home & Today's Jobs.
Filtering offers by date
- Tap the date button at the top of the screen to open the date picker.
- Choose a date. A filter icon appears on the button to show the filter is active, and only offers around that date are listed.
- To clear the filter, tap the date button again and choose today.
Reading a job offer
Each offer card shows:
- The pick-up time
- The pick-up and drop-off location
- Pax count — adults, children, and infants
- The transfer type (for example PTE private or SIC shared coach)
- A PRIORITY tag if the offer originated as a priority job
- A Completion indicator once transfers are under way
Tap a card to open the Job Offer Detail screen for the full breakdown.
Accepting a job offer
- On the offer card (or the Job Offer Detail screen), tap Accept.
- A confirmation dialog titled "Accept Job Request" appears: "After accepting this request, it will be added to your active jobs." Confirm to proceed.
- The job moves to the Accepted tab and appears on your Home screen on the day it is scheduled.
Tap Check Availability on a pending offer first if you want to confirm it doesn't clash with something already in your schedule.
Rejecting a job offer
- On the offer card, tap Reject.
- A confirmation dialog titled "Reject Job Request" appears: "After rejecting this request, you will need to request from the user to take this job." Confirm to reject.
- The offer moves to the Rejected tab.
Important: Only reject a job if you are genuinely unavailable. If you have a scheduling conflict, contact your contractor via Chat before rejecting.
Deleting an accepted offer
An accepted, non-priority offer can be removed from the Job Offer Detail screen using the Delete icon in the top bar. The Delete icon only appears when the offer is accepted, is not a priority job, and has not already been deleted.
- Tap the Delete icon.
- A Pre Deletion Check panel loads and checks whether the job can be deleted. Transfers with a completed attendance are kept; all other transfers are removed.
- Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel to back out. The Delete button is disabled if none of the transfers can be deleted.
After accepting
Once you accept a job offer:
- It appears in your Calendar for the relevant date.
- On the day of the job, it appears on your Home screen as a job card.
- When it is time, tap Start Job and proceed to the Pick-Up Workflow.
