7. Billing
Billing is how you request payment for the jobs you have completed. The Driver app keeps standard jobs and priority jobs in two separate billing areas.
Where billing lives
The Profile tab has two billing entries:
| Entry | Covers |
|---|---|
| Standard Job Billings | Regular completed jobs |
| Priority Billings | Completed priority jobs |
There is no combined "Billing" menu — open the one that matches the work you want to bill.
Requesting payment
- Open Standard Job Billings (or Priority Billings) from Profile.
- Tap Request Payment.
- In the Request Payment panel:
- Choose the provider to bill.
- The Start Date is locked to the earliest billable transfer.
- Pick an End Date.
- Tap Request Payment to continue to the preview.
Reviewing the billing preview
The Billing Preview screen lists each completed job in the range with its amount and a total.
- To adjust a line, tap its edit icon to open the Price adjustment panel, enter the new amount, add an optional remark, and tap Save.
- When everything looks right, tap Create Billing to submit the billing to the provider.
There is no confirmation dialog when you create a billing, so review the preview carefully first.
Submitting payment proof
Once a billing exists, you can attach proof of payment on its Billing Request screen:
- Under Payment Proofs, tap Upload Payment Proof.
- Choose Gallery or Camera and add your screenshot or receipt.
- A dialog asks "Are you sure you want to submit this payment proof?"
- Tap Submit Proof.
If a payment is marked not received
If a payer marked a billing as paid but the money did not arrive, the provider side can reverse it. On the Mark as not received panel they enter a Reason and tap Reverse Payment, which returns the billing to unpaid and notifies the payer to re-settle.
