5. Destination & Drop-Off
The Destination screen is the second half of a transfer. You have your guests with you and are heading to the drop-off point. This screen guides you through completing the journey and recording each drop-off.
Opening the Destination screen
The Destination screen opens automatically after you tap Proceed to Destination on the Pick-Up screen.
If you need to open it manually:
- Tap the active job card on the Home screen.
- On the Job Today Detail screen, continue to the Destination step.
Reading the Destination screen
At the top you will see:
- The scheduled pick-up time (used as a reference for the journey start)
- A status icon next to the time showing whether the journey is in progress, complete, or has any flags
Below that is a list of drop-off locations, grouped by destination. Each group shows the address and the guests being dropped off there.
Navigating to the destination
- Tap the drop-off address on the Destination screen.
- Your device opens the default map app, or shows a chooser of the map apps installed on your phone.
- Navigation opens with the destination pre-filled. Follow the route.
Tap the address as soon as you depart the pick-up location so navigation is ready before you reach any junctions.
Completing the drop-off
Once you have arrived at the destination and the guests have moved on:
- On the Destination screen, find the location group for this drop-off.
- Tap Completed Job for that group.
- The job status changes to Completed for that group, and a completion timestamp is recorded automatically.
The travel agent and the guest both see the completed status immediately in their apps.
Tapping Completed Job takes effect immediately — there is no confirmation dialog. Make sure the group is done before you tap, as the status cannot be reversed from within the app.
Multiple drop-off locations
If your transfer has more than one drop-off (some guests exit at an earlier stop):
- On the Destination screen, find the first drop-off location group.
- Tap Completed Job for that group when those guests leave.
- Continue to the next location.
- Tap Completed Job for the second group when you arrive.
- Repeat until all location groups are marked complete.
Each drop-off group must be completed separately. The overall job is only fully Completed once all location groups have been marked done.
Checking attendance timestamps
Each guest entry has a clock icon. Tap it to see a tooltip:
| Tooltip message | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Job Started At HH:mm" | You started the job at that time |
| "In Progress Since HH:mm" | Attendance was confirmed at that time |
| "Job Completed At HH:mm" | Drop-off was recorded at that time |
| "No Show Report Filled At HH:mm" | A no-show was reported at that time |
Reporting a no-show at destination
This is rare, but if a guest was confirmed at pick-up and is no longer with you:
Contact the travel agent via Chat before filing a no-show at destination. This situation is unusual and the travel agent will want to understand what happened.
- Open the affected guest's options and tap Report Guest No Show.
- Fill in the required details.
- Tap Send.
- Contact the travel agent immediately via Chat to explain the situation.
What happens after completion
- The travel agent receives a notification that the transfer is complete.
- The guest's app shows the job status as Completed.
- The completed job becomes available for billing — see Billing.
