6. Priority Jobs
The Priority tab is where you post your own jobs into a shared priority pool so other users can take them — and where you can take priority jobs that other users have posted.
Reach it from the Priority tab in the bottom navigation bar. The screen is titled "Priority Jobs" with the subtitle "All your priority job listing from other users".
The Priority screen
The Priority screen has a single tab, By You (N), where N is the number of priority jobs you have created. Below it is a grid of your listings.
- Date button. A blue button at the top shows Today (or the selected date). Tap it to jump back to today.
- Calendar icon. Tap the icon in the top-right to pick a specific date. When a date other than today is selected, a filter icon appears on the date button.
- Add Listing button. The blue + Add Listing button, bottom-right, opens the flow to post a new priority job.
If you have not posted anything, the screen shows:
You Have Not Created Any Priority Jobs Yet You can create a new job or transfer your existing jobs to the priority pool.
Posting a priority job (Add Listing)
- On the Priority screen, tap + Add Listing.
- The Add Priority Job screen opens.
- Choose the user the job is for (search or enter their email address).
- Add one or more transfers to the job — tap Add Itinerary to open the Add Itinerary screen, fill in the leg details (date, pick-up time, pick-up and drop-off locations, type), and save. Repeat for multi-leg jobs.
- Enter a price for all transfers.
- Tap Submit.
Your new listing appears under By You in the Priority screen.
Editing or removing a listing
- To edit a leg while creating the job, tap it in the Transfer Details list.
- Once posted, open a listing from the Priority screen. If it is your own and not yet complete, a Delete icon appears in the top-right of the Priority Job Detail screen. Tapping it runs an eligibility check before removing the listing.
Taking someone else's priority job
Priority jobs posted by other users are first-come, first-served — the first available user to take one gets it.
- Open the priority job (from a push notification, or from a listing shared with you).
- The Priority Job Detail screen opens with the full details: time, pick-up and drop-off locations, pax count, and notes.
- Tap Take Priority Job at the bottom.
- An Important dialog appears: "Please take note that priority job cannot be cancelled once accepted, are you sure you want to proceed?" Tap Yes to proceed, or No to back out.
- The job is confirmed and added to your schedule.
A priority job cannot be cancelled once you accept it. Only take one if you are certain you can complete it. If your plans change after accepting, contact the travel agent via Chat as soon as possible.
If a priority job is no longer available
A priority job can be taken by someone else — or cancelled — before you accept it. When that happens, the Priority Job Detail screen shows "Job Unavailable" with the message that the job has been cancelled or already taken and is no longer available. There is no separate "reject" step; if you do not want a priority job, simply leave it.
Handling and completing a priority job you took
Once taken, a priority job runs through the same process as any standard job:
- On the day, open the job from your Home screen.
- Follow the Pick-Up Workflow — including scanning the guest's QR code, marking attendance, or reporting a no-show.
- Complete the transfer using the Destination & Drop-Off process.
Billing for priority jobs is handled under Priority Billings — see Billing.
