2. Home & Today's Jobs

The Home screen is the first thing you see when you open the app. It shows what is happening today and gives you quick access to new job offers.

Reading the Home screen​

The Home screen has two main sections:

  1. Today's Job — the job(s) scheduled for today. Each card shows:

    • Pick-up time
    • Guest name and pax count (adults / children / infants)
    • Pick-up and drop-off location
    • Job status

    If you have nothing scheduled, this section shows "No Jobs Today".

  2. Job Offers — a shortcut to the offers waiting for your response. Each card shows the pick-up time, locations, and pax count. If there are none, this section shows "No Job Offers". Tapping through takes you to the full Job Offers list.

Opening a job​

  1. Tap a job card in the Today's Job section.
  2. The Job Today Detail screen opens.
  3. Here you will see the full breakdown: transfer times, locations, assigned guests, and attendance status.

Starting your day​

  1. Open the app each morning before your first pick-up.
  2. Check the Today's Job section to confirm your schedule for the day.
  3. Review each job card to note pick-up times and locations.
  4. When you are ready to head to your first pick-up, tap the job and proceed to the Pick-Up Workflow.

Pulling to refresh​

  1. With the Home screen visible, drag the screen downward.
  2. Release when you see the refresh indicator at the top.
  3. The app will reload the latest job data from the server.

Do this if a job you are expecting does not appear on the screen.

Chat and notifications​

At the top-right of the Home screen you will find two icons:

  • Message icon — tap to open your Chat inbox. A number badge shows unread messages.
  • Bell icon — tap to open your Notifications. A number badge shows unread alerts.

Location permissions​

The app needs your location to broadcast your position to guests and the travel agent. If a prompt appears asking for location permission:

  1. Tap Allow While Using App (or Always Allow if prompted — Always Allow is recommended).

If you previously denied permission:

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Find the Rectrix Link app.
  3. Tap Location.
  4. Select Always or While Using the App.
