9. Locations (Live Map)

The Locations screen gives you a real-time view of your active drivers on a single map. Use it to monitor progress during a busy travel day.

Open it from the Locations shortcut in the side-nav.

What the map shows​

Each active driver appears as a marker on the map. The panel and marker detail include:

  • The driver's identity, plus Fleet / Your Driver badges where relevant
  • Vehicle type and plate
  • The driver's current address
  • Active passengers (guest names) and the active transfer's pick-up/drop-off route
  • A last-updated timestamp with a freshness indicator (green = fresh, orange = a few hours old, grey = stale)

The Active Drivers count shows how many drivers are currently on the road. The map auto-refreshes about once a minute; you can also refresh manually.

Inspecting a driver​

  1. Click a driver's marker on the map, or select them from the Active Drivers list.
  2. A detail panel opens with the driver, vehicle, passengers, and route.
  3. Use the Chat or WhatsApp buttons to contact the driver.
  4. Click View in Calendar to jump to that transfer on the Calendar.

When no drivers are visible​

If no drivers are on the road, the screen shows "No Active Drivers" with a prompt to manage your fleet in the Drivers, Tour Guides & Contractors section (a Go to DTC button takes you there).

A driver only appears once they are actively en route. If an expected driver is missing, they may not have started their transfer yet, or their location sharing may be off in the Driver app.
