6. Requests

The Requests section tracks the job requests you have assigned out to your drivers, tour guides, and contractors. Open it from Requests in the side-nav.

When you assign a transfer to a service provider, it becomes a request that they can accept or decline — and you follow its status here.

Filtering requests​

Use Filter By: to switch between the request states:

  • Pending — requests awaiting a response
  • Active — requests that have been accepted
  • Rejected — requests that were declined
  • Cancelled — requests you cancelled

Each state shows a count.

Opening a request​

Click a request to open its detail, where you can review the transfer and the assigned provider.

If you have no requests yet, the section prompts you to assign a job request to a driver, tour guide, or contractor to see them here.
