4. Drivers, Tour Guides & Contractors
The Drivers, Tour Guides & Contractors section (often shortened to "DTC") is where you set up the people who fulfil your transfers — independent drivers, tour guides, and contractor companies — and your own fleet drivers. Once they are set up, you can assign them to transfers on any itinerary.
Open it from Drivers, Tour Guides & Contractors in the side-nav.
The DTC list
The list is organised into three filter tabs:
- Pending — requests you have sent that are awaiting acceptance
- Active — service providers you can currently assign
- Cancelled — requests that were cancelled or declined
Each row shows the provider's Name, Role, Contact Number, SIC Billing, and when they were requested. Click View to open a provider.
The side-nav shows a small warning badge on this item when one or more requests have transfer types that still need pricing.
Adding a service provider — "+ Add DTC"
Click + Add DTC to open Add Drivers, Tour Guides & Contractors:
- Under Request Details, use Select Driver/Tour Guide/Contractor to find the person or company.
- Set their pricing. There are two pricing tabs:
- Private — for private (PTE) transfers.
- SIC — for shared transfers. Choose a pricing mode: Per Head or Per Hotel.
- Click Request to send it. The request appears under Pending until accepted.
SIC pricing (Per Head / Per Hotel) drives how shared-transfer billings are calculated. Make sure every transfer type used by your itineraries is priced, or the side-nav badge will flag it.
Adding a fleet driver — "+ Add Fleet Driver"
If you run your own drivers, click + Add Fleet Driver to add them to your fleet.
To manage an existing fleet driver, open them and use the fleet-management screen (Manage Fleet Driver). From there you can:
- Edit their Profile and Save Changes
- Reset Password
- Review Active Sessions — Refresh the list, Logout a single device, or Log out all devices
Fleet-driver accounts also show whether their email is verified.
Editing pricing
Open a DTC request and edit it (Edit Drivers) to adjust pricing. In addition to the Private and SIC tabs, fleet-driver arrangements include a CPF Contribution setting with modes Per Head or Per Hotel, and a contribution type of Base Salary Only or Base Salary + Per-Trip Pay.
Assigning to transfers
Once a provider is Active, assign them to a transfer from the itinerary or the Calendar. To remove an assignment on the Calendar, right-click the transfer and choose Remove Assignment (the confirmation names the person and their role — Driver, Contractor, or Tour Guide). See Calendar.
Monitoring on the day
Once a transfer is underway, track the assigned driver's live location on Locations (the map). See Locations (Live Map). If any of today's transfers has no driver assigned, the Dashboard shows an inline banner prompting you to assign one.
